How to Update your ACH Transfer Payment Preferences

Hello, and welcome to this Grubhub dashboard walkthrough. In this video, we’ll show you how to update your ACH payment preferences from within the dashboard.

Depending on how you handle your financials, you may need to update your payment preferences to dictate how you’d like to receive your ACH transfers – either one ACH transfer per bank account or one ACH transfer per location. 

To update your payment preferences, click the Financials tab on the left-hand panel. From the drop-down menu, click Payment preferences. At the Payment preferences page, click the corresponding button to the left of your selection – either by bank account or by location.

When ready to finalize your selection, click Update Payment Preferences. The change will reflect in your next ACH transfer.
