Hello, and welcome to this Grubhub dashboard walkthrough. In this video, we will show you how to add a bank account to the dashboard.
Whether you’re new to the dashboard, or simply need to update your banking information, it is important to know how to add a new bank account.
To add a bank account, click the Financials tab on the left-hand panel. From the drop-down menu, click Bank accounts to be brought to the bank accounts page. On the bank accounts page you can see any bank accounts you may currently have added to the dashboard. To add a new bank account click the Add New Bank Account button near the top of the screen.
From here, fill out the empty fields with your legal banking information as it is reflected in your bank account. Please note, all fields denoted with an asterisk are required before you can add the account. You can also add a nickname for the account in the first field – this can be whatever you’d like and does not need to reflect your legal banking information.
When finished, click the Create New Bank Account button at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve added a bank account, the banking information will be partially redacted and cannot be changed. If you need to update a bank account, you’ll need to delete it and create a new one.
All added bank accounts will display on the Bank Accounts home page. From here you can edit, delete, or make them a default account. If you would like to associate a bank account with a specific location, please reference the video “How to Assign a Bank Account to a Location.”
