To log into your dashboard on our Enterprise Portal, head to www.thelevelup.com/dashboard. Use the same email and password to sign in that you used to create your LevelUp account.
If you do not yet have an account, click Sign Up at the bottom of the page.
If you have an account, but forgot your password, click Reset Password. You will be emailed a password reset link. Please use that link to change your password within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the link will expire, and you will need to navigate back to the Reset Password page.
Not sure what email your LevelUp account is under? Click Reset Password and enter the email address you think your account may be under. If you've got the right one, you'll receive a password reset link as normal. However, if your account is not under that email address, you'll receive an email telling you that we have no account for you under that email.
