Please send us a Support request from the app (Settings > Report an Issue or Get a Refund) or an email (email@example.com) from the email address tied to your LevelUp account with the following information:
- Date of the transaction
- Amount of the transaction
- Location of the transaction
We will contact the merchant on your behalf to discuss the issue and apply any refunds when necessary.
