My transaction went through twice. How do I get a refund?

Please send us a Support request from the app (Settings > Report an Issue or Get a Refund) or an email (support@thelevelup.com) from the email address tied to your LevelUp account with the following information:

  • Date of the transaction
  • Amount of the transaction
  • Location of the transaction

We will contact the merchant on your behalf to discuss the issue and apply any refunds when necessary.
