My transaction went through twice. How do I get a refund?

Please send us a Support request from the app (Settings > Report an Issue or Get a Refund) or an email ( from the email address tied to your LevelUp account with the date, amount, and location of the transaction in question. We will contact the merchant on your behalf to discuss the issue and apply any refunds when necessary.
