Go to your phone's settings, then scroll down to the appropriate app icon (i.e. if you’re using the LevelUp app, scroll to the LevelUp icon).
Select the app from there. Once open, you should see some app settings. Make sure the “Locations Services” and “Cellular Data” settings are both turned on. Once those are on, you should be all set and see any missing locations.
If you still can’t see the locations, the Order Ahead feature in the rewards application is still in slow rollout for certain locations. Though Order Ahead may not be ready at your local/preferred location just yet, keep an eye out on subsequent visits and hopefully they'll be ready with order ahead soon!
